Brand Deal CEO – Terms of Enrollment

By purchasing and participating in Brand Deal CEO, you agree to the following terms:

PROGRAM ACCESS & CONDUCT
CREATIVE NICHOLSON, LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate a participant’s access to the program without refund if the participant is disruptive, fails to follow program guidelines, or negatively impacts the learning environment.

CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program materials, content, trainings, recordings, calls, and resources are the intellectual property of CREATIVE NICHOLSON, LLC. Materials are for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, recorded, sold, or distributed. Participants agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants. Any violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Any income examples or results shared are not guarantees. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors. CREATIVE NICHOLSON, LLC is not responsible for participant outcomes or earnings.

ROI SUPPORT GUARANTEE
If the participant does not close at least $997 in brand deals within six (6) months of enrollment and has fully participated and completed program requirements, the participant will receive up to two (2) additional months of Slack support or until the ROI is met, whichever comes first. No refunds will be issued.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
The program fee is a one-time payment of $997. All sales are final and non-refundable. No pauses, cancellations, or suspensions are permitted once enrolled. Chargebacks are prohibited.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
CREATIVE NICHOLSON, LLC reserves the right to update or modify program content, structure, or delivery at any time to best serve participants.

USE OF NAME & LIKENESS
By participating, you grant CREATIVE NICHOLSON, LLC permission to use your name, likeness, voice, testimonials, and recordings (including Zoom calls) for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without compensation.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Both parties agree not to make false or harmful statements that could negatively impact the reputation or business of the other.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid for the program. CREATIVE NICHOLSON, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

INDEMNIFICATION
The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CREATIVE NICHOLSON, LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the program.

AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Enrollment.
